Hyundai, Bellville Cape Town Service Levels?

Our 2007 Hyundai Tucson was fitted with a supposedly Brand New replacement engine due to it having been diagnosed with Piston Slappling.
On receiving the vehicle back from Hyundai, Bellville, Cape Town, who did the Engine exchange, there are oil burning fumes coming in the vehicle and smells very strong while the vehicle is stationary and idling.
We resubmitted the vehicle to Hyundai, Bellville for corrective action and we received the vehicle supposedly fixed but the Engine Oil burning smell and fumes are as evident as it was before we submitted the vehicle for corrective action.
This is extemely disappointing as we purchased the vehicle brand new and we presented the vehicle for servicing at every Service interval and pointed out that there was a knocking sound emanating from the Engine at the very first Service at 15000km. Would I recommend Hyundai as good company to deal with when it comes to purchasing a brand new vehicle?
My response would be _NO_ . I intend to copy this complaint to every person I know via email, with my ernest recommedation to avoid Hyundai when considering vehicle purchases.

This vehicle is our second Hyundai, the first being an Elantra which is still running very well and our service levels was absolutely brilliant while dealing with Tommy Willich. I am sad to say that Hyundai service levels at Bellville in Cape Town has gone to the dogs.
As stated above, I am not done ranting, I intend to publish all my communcations with Hyundai on the Internet using Social Networking to convey my utter disgust with the service from Hyundai.
I have invited all my family and friends to witness the oil burning smell emanating from a “Brand New” replacement engine supplied and fitted by the official Agents for Hyundai – Bellville, Cape Town.
Besides word of mouth, we now have witnesses to the fact, seeing is in fact believing. We have still not received the Warranty / Guarantee for the replacement Engine.
We are not happy and now we include Hyundai.co.za as another recipient of our very unpleasant experience with Hyundai and also blogged here at www.astound.co.za
