 Well, it now has a coat of paint and it certainly is much more presentable. Here the flames are roaring away quite nicely and as can be seen, no black smoky marks anywhere on the paintwork. Proof that the chimney is doing a great job of sucking up the smoke. Great tasting meat too ;-) Full story

Braai now in use but still needs to be painted as it is quite ugly to look at right now. Good news is is that the chimney really works great as it draws the smoke up and out immediately without having to pre-warm it. Decided to get a new screen for my projector. Seems to work quite nicely as this photo was taken with lights on. Posting this using my BlackBerry 8520 which I also used to take the shot. Of course I am using the latest version of wordpress for BlackBerry, ver 1.4. Full story
