Our call centre agents, our installers and the entire TopTV team are making every effort to satisfy all current and future demands.

Call Centre Availability:

Installer Availability:
Our accredited installers might not be able to assist you immediately due to the high demand. Please make an appointment with the installer. They are doing their best to accommodate all customer requests. Please note that your installation can take up to a week, but we will try everything to shorten this waiting time.

Set Top Box availability:
We are in the process of getting out more stock to our retailers within this week. Please go to your closest retail store, PEP, MAKRO, HOUSE and HOME, GAME. Please provide your details to the retailer as stocks are limited for the time being. Your retailer will contact you as soon as your Set Top Box/Decoder has arrived.
